PMC
The initials PMC stand for Peter, Münzenrieder and Cristoph. The Münzenrieder brothers took over the company from their parents in 1999. At the time it was only four hectares in size, but has now grown to 20 hectares. Peter is responsible for vinification and sales, Cristoph manages the vineyards. The company is located five kilometers from Lake Neusiedl. The conditions in this region are perfect for ‘botrytis wines’ but certainly also for dry white and red wines. They produce around 70,000 bottles per year with an average yield of 3,500-5,000 kilos per hectare. The production is divided into 55% red wine, 30% sweet wine and 15% white wine. The style of winemaking is a combination of traditional and modern/dynamic techniques.
