Denomination of origin	DOCa Rioja
Grape varieties	95% tempranillo, with the addition of mazuelo, garnacha and viura (macabeo).
Vineyard	Owned vineyards located in Altos de Vallecilla, Martelo, Camino de la Iglesia and Las Cuevas with vines over 60 years old, grown at an altitude of 630m above sea level.
Harvest	Manual
Vinification	The grapes are harvested in 20 kg boxes and cooled to 4°C. After destemming and pressing, the grapes are stored for four days at a temperature below 10°C. Alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation in new French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels, with weekly bâtonnage.
Wood education	24 months. Bottling in March 2016.
Taste impression	Intense ruby red color. Pronounced hints of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, accompanied by subtle spicy nuances, light notes of pepper, cedar wood and liquorice. On the palate it is lively, elegant, fresh and intense, with a pleasant and persistent finish.
