Vinification	Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After malolactic fermentation a selection is carried out
Wood education	The tempranillo for 32 months in four-year-old American oak barrels, the garnacha for 30 months in two- or three-year-old American oak barrels. Both are manually decanted six times.
