The scent is reserved, more delicate than that of "Herrenberg" and "Sonnenberg". On the palate, it is velvety and concentrated. Notes of black cherries, a pinch of salinity and cocoa, with an underlying background of Mediterranean herbs, flowering thyme and dark chocolate. Powerful and intense.
