Grape varieties	100% enjoyment
Vineyard	in Bierzo, godello vines planted randomly among other varieties (for red wine) present in the Espanillo vineyards. The average age of the vines is 60 years. The type of soil is very varied, with clay in the lower areas and slate in the higher areas.
Harvest	Manual.
Vinification	delicate pressing followed by soft pressing. Subsequently, the must ferments at low temperature in 500 liter barrels. After 48 months in barrel, the wine is bottled with light clarification and filtration. Finally, the wine ages in the bottle for at least another 12 months.
Wood education	Fermentation and maturation for 48 months in used 500 liter French oak barrels.
Taste impression	A hint of smoke and spices, full-bodied and enveloping on the palate, characterized by notes of ripe apple and a long savory finish.
