A very distinctive and characteristic wine. Furthermore, it was mentioned as a volcanic wine in issue 84 of Winelife: "Jelle: 'There is a lot to discover here: floral, citrusy on the nose, with tropical fruit. The aging on the yeasts makes it rounded. A magnificent wine that it stands out from the others and is ideal for pairing with food. Try serving it with toasted bread and sardines, or alternatively with fish in a salt crust.'
