Vineyard Kamptal, diverse vigne prestigiose situate sulle terrazze delle colline a nord-ovest della città, su suoli di rocce cristalline e metamorfiche, principalmente gneiss, anfibolite, granito, ardesia (mica) e quarzo.
Harvest Le uve vengono selezionate e raccolte a mano alla fine di ottobre.
Vinification Circa 5 ore a contatto con le bucce, poi la fermentazione viene svolta in acciaio a circa 20°C. Fermentazione spontanea naturale.
