Vineyard	The vineyards are located on the southern and southeastern slopes, some of which consist of terraces typical of the Netherlands. The upper layer is loess, the subsoil includes gravel, sandstone (Waterval sand) and Maastricht chalk (marl).
Harvest	Harvested manually
Vinification	The skin of overripe grapes becomes porous and evaporation produces a highly concentrated juice. Extraction of the juice by pressing the whole bunches, subsequent clarification by sedimentation and refrigerated fermentation in stainless steel. Fermentation was stopped by cooling to approximately 100 grams of residual sweetness
