On the palate it reveals a serious wine, with concentrated fruit and a lot of structure; harmonious flavors of grilled lemon, brioche, honeydew and biscuits linger long on fresh acids. Harvest	Selective manual harvest
Vinification	Pressing of whole bunches followed by fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks (90%) and wooden barrels (10%) for a period of 6 months. Subsequently, bottling and second fermentation in the bottle.
Wood education	10% ages in French oak barrels for a period of 6 months.
