Overview

Bellissimo colore verde-giallo, trasparente e limpido. Al naso si percepisce un'elevata intensità con aromi di agrumi, fiori, zagara, mandarino e frutti tropicali come pesca e mango. Anche note balsamiche e di pasticceria. Al gusto buona struttura, acidità ben strutturata, molto fruttato e buona persistenza.

Vinification	Careful selection of the grapes upon arrival. The different grape varieties are vinified separately after they have been completely destemmed. Skin maceration in stainless steel tanks follows, during which the must is cooled back to 10°C for a period of 4 hours. After the must has settled, the must ferments separately in stainless steel tanks at 17°C. Subsequently, 5 months of maturation in wooden barrels.
Wood education	5 months of maturation in 300-litre oak barrels with regular bâtonnage.
Taste impression	Beautiful green-yellow colour, transparent and clear. High intensity in the nose with aromas of citrus, flowers, orange blossom, mandarin and tropical fruit such as peach and mango. Also notes of balsamic and pastry. In the taste good structure, well structured acidity, very fruity and good length.
