Light straw yellow in colour. On the nose it is fragrant and intense, typical of sauvignon blanc. Aromas of tropical and exotic fruit (pineapple and peach). Subtle nuances of citrus (lime zest and green lemon) and apricot. Long and persistent finish with recurring notes of tropical fruit.

Vinification	Rigorous selection of the grapes with cold maceration for six hours, then soft pressing. Fermentation follows for a period of 3-4 weeks. Only the fine lees are left during refinement for a few months. Finally, clarification, filtration and bottling.
