Overview

Soft fruity notes of sour cherries and ripe plums, fresh figs, some dark chocolate, pencil, subtly smoky with hints of spices. A firm texture on the palate, savoury and fruity with fleshy cherries, orange peel, good tannin, with delicate sour spicy notes. Firm and precise in the finish. Fallstaf gave the 2015 vintage 93 points with the following description: "Dark ruby red, violet reflections. Chic wood, a hint of nougat, blackcurrants, fine tobacco nuances. Juicy, full, ripe blackberry fruit, finely integrated tannin, chocolatey touch, long persistent finish."
