Harvest	Manual
Vinification	The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. After destemming, the grapes undergo cold maceration (below 8°C) for maximum expression of the fruit. The grapes are lightly pressed and the must is then fermented in steel for 14 days, at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is kept on the yeasts for three months, with regular bâtonnage. The wine is clarified naturally

Taste impression	The nose is delicate but complex with floral notes and ripe white fruit, spices and a light minerality. Elegant on the palate, with a magnificent balance between the roundness of the aging on the yeasts and the fresh notes of the fruit. Long and mineral finish
