Vineyard	The grapes come from small terraced vineyards in the Wachau area. The soil is composed of primary rocks (metamorphic rocks, including granite, gneiss and slate)

Vinification	After destemming, the grapes are macerated on the skins for a few hours and then pressed. Fermentation takes place at 18°C in steel tanks; refinement always follows in steel tanks until bottling.

Taste impression	Characteristic Riesling in both aroma and taste. The nose is slightly floral, with notes of roses, grapefruit and apricot. On the palate a fresh start with juicy, ripe fruit, stone fruit and apricots. A delicate bitter nuance together with a nice touch of acidity guarantee the perfect balance.
