Seductive bouquet with floral notes, melon, citrus and stone fruit, accompanied by a touch of bay leaves. On the palate it is fresh but with a pleasant softness, with hints of almond and bay leaves. The finish is mineral.

| Vinification | Careful selection of grapes upon arrival. Each grape variety is vinified separately. They are first frozen with carbonic snow and then gently pressed. After a few hours of maceration, an excellent extraction of terpenes (flavors) is obtained. Fermentation then follows for 14 days at a controlled temperature of 16°C. |
